Dreamers

A year ago, everything was different. And now that I look back, I have realized that a year can do a lot to a person .

Thanks so much!

PJ Harvey

Some critics have taken my writing so literally but calm down...
To what is dead and gone
If you built yourself a myth
You'd know just what to give
Materialize
Or let the ashes fly...

Help me to name it.

Praise or criticism... nothing will keep them away - nothing will make them stay! It’s a weakness to get caught up in either one.

Bonjour!

Dotan

You made it rain, and the rain came.
I felt the force of ten thousand soldiers.
You said three words,
and I said enough.
Our armies,
from each end.
Met in the middle.
Not a drop of blood spilt.
The rain saved us both.
To make as much sense as possible...

The Decemberists

Always, Sir, set a high value on spontaneous kindness. He whose inclination prompts him to cultivate your friendship of his own accord, and will love you more than one whom you have been at pains to attach to you.

Bless you!

Some of the secret joys of living are not found by rushing from point A to point B, but by inventing some imaginary things and funny along the way.

The Unforgiven Ones

If you believe everything you feel is an illusion then you’re delusional. Your emotion is part you. Denying it and thinking it is only your mind, is denying yourself.
Sometimes, the single most empowering thing we can do for ourselves is to transform reason in emotions!

There comes a time in life and there is only one way to avoid the drama, the bla bla bla and people who created it:

- say nothing
- do nothing
- and be nothing

I don’t share.

01/11

It’s still Halloween while I write this. Remembering. Forgetting. I’m not sure which is worse. But it’s just as well. Maybe there aren’t any such things as good friends or bad friends - maybe there are just friends. Only people you want, need to be with; people who build their houses in your heart. All the great Solemnities begin after.

Bonjour November!

The Hellfreaks

Progress means, or should mean, change for the better, toward social justice, a livable and open world, equal opportunity and affirmative action for all forms of life. Progress in our nation has for too long been confused. And I mean all forms, not merely the human. The grizzly, the wolf, the rattlesnake, the condor, the coyote, the crocodile, cats and dogs, whatever, each and every species has as much right to be here as we do.

But... There are in life
a few moments so beautiful
that even words are a sort of profanity.

Bonjour!

By the harmless untruths that make you brave and kind and healthy and happy. Life is short, but you don’t have a clue!

The Notwist

"Goodbye,” I said to my conscience
"Goodbye for aye and aye,"
And I put her hands off harshly,
And turned my face away;
And conscience smitten sorely
Returned not from that day.

But a time came when my spirit
Grew weary of its pace;
And I cried:
“Come back, my conscience;
I long to see thy face.”
But conscience cried:
“I cannot;
Remorse sits in my place.
